Programs for H.R. Training and counselling are conducted on a continuous basis by experts. Mr. Prakash Chandy and Mr. P.R.Chandramohanan, are in charge of this section. Mr. P.R.Chandramohanan is an Accredited Teacher in Re-evaluation Counselling.
Mr. P.R. Chandra Mohanan
Mr. Chandramohanan started his career as a lecturer at M A college, Kothamangalam, later joined Federal Bank as Probationary Officer in 1969. He worked in the training section of the Bank for 15 years. For seven years, he was the principal of the Federal Bank Staff training college. He started the Counseling Department in the bank. He took VRS from Federal Bank after 34 years of service. Mr. Chandramohanan is an accredited teacher of re-evaluation counseling and licensed practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). He is a free lance trainer and HR consultant to a number of reputed companies. His clients include top level managers, corporate employees, etc. He is also working as The Director of Training Centre, Ernakulam District co-operative bank. He conducts regular trainingprograms for students as well as staff members in FISAT.
