About the Club
Industry Talk on Emerging Trends in HR and Recruitment- The HR Club of FISAT Business School successfully conducted an industry interaction session on Emerging Trends in Technology, Competency Development, and Recruitment on 22 January 2025 at the Main Seminar Hall for S2 and S4 students. The session was led by Dr. Pradeep S, Assistant Vice President – NeST Digital, who shared valuable insights on the growing influence of technology in HR, evolving competency requirements, and contemporary recruitment practices. The interactive session provided students with practical industry exposure, effectively bridging academic learning with real-world HR dynamics.
