The Four-Day National Online Workshop on “From Prompt to Publication: Smart AI Integration for Academics” was successfully conducted from June 26–30, 2025. The program brought together academicians, researchers, and students to explore the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence in academic research and publication.

The workshop was inaugurated on June 26, 2025, at 7 PM by Dr. Unnikartha G, Dean Academics, FISAT. His address highlighted the growing importance of AI in academic excellence and set the tone for the technical sessions that followed.

Participants engaged in interactive sessions on:

  • AI for Literature Search – streamlining exploration of academic resources.
  • AI for Literature Review – tools for identifying, evaluating, and compiling reviews.
  • AI Writing Assistants – enhancing writing efficiency while maintaining ethical standards.
  • AI Chat/Summarizer/Paraphraser Tools – effective content analysis and paraphrasing.
  • AI for Data Analysis & Visualization – presenting insights in visually appealing formats.
  • AI Editing Tools – grammar checking, editing, and manuscript refinement for academic rigor.

 

The sessions were delivered via an LMS hosted by LORE AND ED Associates, ensuring smooth learning experiences. The platform enabled:

  • Real-time query handling
  • Certificate distribution
  • Extended access to materials for two months

 

The workshop provided hands-on exposure to cutting-edge AI tools, empowering participants to integrate smart technologies into their academic workflow. It emphasized efficiency, ethical use, and quality enhancement—marking a significant step toward future-ready research and publication practices.
