A session “Smart Living: Youth Lifestyle and Nutrition Awareness” was conducted on 19th August 2024 under the aegis of FISAT Business School by Delmi Davis, a dietician and certified yoga instructor. The session, attended by around 120 students of S1 of batch 2024-26, covered key areas such as the importance of a balanced diet, common nutritional deficiencies, healthy eating habits, the impact of lifestyle on health, the benefits of regular exercise, and the importance of adequate sleep. Practical tips for incorporating healthy habits into daily life were also discussed. She provided a comprehensive overview of adopting and maintaining a healthy lifestyle and dietary habits, emphasizing strategies for improving overall well-being.
