Research is a core pillar of academic excellence at FISAT Business School (FBS). Our faculty members are actively engaged in high-quality research and publications across diverse areas of management, contributing to both national and international peer-reviewed journals. These research efforts strengthen academic rigor while addressing contemporary business, economic, and societal challenges.

Faculty at FBS play a vital mentoring role by guiding MBA students to undertake relevant, industry-oriented research topics aligned with emerging trends in management. Students are encouraged to convert their research work into quality research papers, which are then presented at national-level conferences and paper presentation forums, often leading to academic publications.

To further promote a vibrant research culture, the department has launched its own academic journal, providing a platform for faculty members, students, and industry professionals to publish original research, case studies, and conceptual papers. This initiative fosters knowledge sharing and interdisciplinary dialogue between academia and industry.

FBS also regularly organizes research workshops, seminars, and faculty development programs to keep scholars updated with the latest methodological and technological advancements. Recently, the department successfully hosted a five-day online workshop titled “From Prompt to Publication: Smart AI Integration for Academics”, equipping researchers with practical skills to leverage artificial intelligence in literature review, data analysis, and scholarly writing.
