FBS International Conference on Banking, Finance & Accounting Research 2023
FISAT Business School successfully organized the FBS International Conference on Banking, Finance & Accounting Research 2023 on April 17 and 18, 2023, providing a valuable academic platform for researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and students to share research findings and exchange insights in the fields of banking, finance, and accounting. The conference commenced with an inaugural session on April 17, 2023, at the Main Seminar Hall, FISAT, featuring Dr. N. K. Raghavan IRS, Chairman, Rubber Board, who delivered the inaugural address, and Mr. Mohanachandran K. R., Managing Director & CEO, Lahanti Last Mile Services Pvt. Ltd., who delivered the keynote address. The conference featured online paper presentations addressing contemporary themes such as central banking and monetary policy, public finance, banking services, corporate finance and financial management, financial regulation and supervision, financial integration, financial markets, portfolio management, economic policy, international finance, forex markets, insurance services, forensic accounting, behavioural finance, and econometrics. Participants were also provided with opportunities for academic publication, with selected papers proposed for compilation into an edited book with an ISBN through a reputed national publisher. A Best Paper Award of ₹3,000 was also instituted to recognize outstanding research contributions. The conference facilitated meaningful academic discussions, knowledge exchange, and interaction between academia and industry, contributing to the promotion of research and scholarly engagement in banking, finance, and accounting.
