The FISAT Management Students (FMS) Association is the official student body of FISAT Business School and plays a pivotal role in shaping student life at FBS. Most activities at FBS are student-driven, with FMS serving as the central coordinating body for academic, professional, cultural, and co-curricular initiatives.

Leadership for the FMS Association is democratically elected every year. Students from both first-year and second-year MBA batches nominate their candidates, following which elections are conducted through a transparent and participative process. This ensures that students elect leaders they trust to represent their interests and manage the association for the academic year.

Under the leadership of FMS, major events such as FORUM and Prathibha are conceptualized, planned, and executed. In addition, the association organizes various seminars, workshops, competitions, social initiatives, celebrations, and student engagement activities as the need arises. Through FMS, students gain invaluable experience in leadership, governance, teamwork, communication, and decision-making—preparing them for managerial roles beyond the classroom.

FORUM – The Annual Inter-Collegiate Management Fest

FORUM is the flagship inter-collegiate management fest of FISAT Business School (FBS) and one of the most anticipated events in the academic calendar. Hosted annually, FORUM brings together management students from business schools across the region to compete, collaborate, and showcase their managerial acumen.

The fest features a wide range of domain-specific events spanning Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Strategy, Analytics, and Entrepreneurship, along with cultural and creative competitions. FORUM provides students with a real-world platform to apply classroom learning in competitive scenarios, develop leadership and organizational skills, and gain exposure to industry expectations. Planned and executed largely by students under faculty mentorship, FORUM reflects FBS’s commitment to experiential learning and student empowerment.
