At FISAT Business School (FBS), we offer a robust suite of Add-on Courses designed to provide practical, industry-relevant skills that complement the MBA curriculum. These programmes enhance students’ employability, boost their technical capabilities, and prepare them for internships and final placements. All trainings are classroom-based, hands-on sessions delivered over 4–5 days, ensuring intensive, experiential learning.
In the first semester, students undergo Aptitude Training focused on quantitative ability, logical reasoning, verbal skills, and analytical thinking. Students gain hands-on experience in key areas of Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content strategy, and performance analytics. This training prepares them to understand and manage digital campaigns—a skill highly valued across industries.
Through a specialized certification program offered by EY, students learn how to apply data analytics to HR decision-making. The training covers workforce analytics, predictive insights, and HR metrics that help organizations drive talent-based strategies.
This certification course by EY equips students with the ability to build financial models, analyze business performance, project financial outcomes, and evaluate investments. The hands-on nature of the training helps students develop core financial analysis competencies required in consulting, finance, and corporate roles.
